Privacy Policy

• Details you give us: name, mobile number, email, PAN, date of birth, address, employment and income details, and the loan you are interested in.
• Credit information: your credit report and score, fetched from a credit bureau only with your consent.
• Usage data: device and browser type, IP address, pages visited and cookies that keep you signed in and help us improve the site.

• To verify your identity with a one-time password (OTP).
• To fetch and show your credit score and report, and explain what affects it.
• To show you loan offers you may be eligible for, and to send your application to the lender you choose.
• To contact you about your application or a request you made, by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
• To prevent fraud, meet legal and regulatory requirements, and improve our services.

We do not sell your personal data.

We fetch your credit report and share your details with a lender only after you give clear consent for that purpose. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to support@fundfinserv.in. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already done, and some services may stop working without it.

• Lending partners (banks and NBFCs regulated by the RBI), only for the product you apply for.
• Credit bureaus (TransUnion CIBIL, Experian, Equifax and CRIF High Mark) to fetch your credit report.
• Service providers who help us run the service, such as SMS, hosting and customer support providers, under contracts that protect your data.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Your data is stored on servers located in India and protected with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and regular security reviews. We keep it only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymise it.

You can ask us to:

• Give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
• Correct, complete or update inaccurate data.
• Erase data we no longer need to keep.
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you are unable to.

To make a request, write to support@fundfinserv.in. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact our Grievance Officer and, after that, the Data Protection Board of India.
