Fund Finserv is an online marketplace. We help you check your credit score and compare loans and other financial products offered by our partner banks and NBFCs. Fund Finserv is not a lender and does not take credit decisions. Every loan is offered, approved and disbursed by the lender, under the lender's own terms.

You must be an Indian resident aged 18 or over, able to enter into a binding contract, and must use the website only for yourself and not on behalf of anyone else.

• You agree that the information you give us is true, complete and your own.
• You authorise us to verify it, to fetch your credit report with your consent, and to share it with the lender you choose to apply with.
• You agree to be contacted by Fund Finserv and our lending partners about your request, by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email, even if your number is registered on the DND list.

Interest rates, fees, loan amounts and other terms shown on the website are indicative and may change. The final terms are set by the lender after it assesses your application. Results from our calculators are estimates for planning only and are not an offer of credit.

Checking your score on Fund Finserv is a soft enquiry and does not lower your score. The score and report come from the credit bureau. Fund Finserv is not responsible for errors in the bureau's data. You can raise a dispute with the bureau directly.

You agree not to misuse the website, including by giving false information, trying to access other people's data, disrupting the service, or copying content without permission.

The Fund Finserv name, logo, design and content belong to Fund Finserv or its licensors. Partner names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used with permission.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, Fund Finserv is not liable for any loss arising from a lender's decision, from relying on indicative information, or from interruptions to the service.

You can raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer. Complaints about a loan are passed to the lender concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in the city of our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
